About the bulk check
How many companies can I check at once?
Up to 50 company numbers per check, pasted or uploaded as a CSV. For more, or to hear automatically when any of them gets a new notice, a monitoring plan watches 250 or 1,000 companies.
What format should the list be in?
Any text that contains Companies House numbers: one per line, comma-separated, or a CSV exported from your accounts system. Numbers with a missing leading zero are padded to eight digits.
Is "no notice on record" a clean result?
It means The Gazette has published no corporate insolvency notice for that company since 15 July 2025, when our records begin. It is not a credit check: a company can be in difficulty long before a notice appears.
